「格萊思美」
源自於升糖指數（英語：glycemic index，縮寫：GI）
是一種嶄新的健康概念，2020年疫情後
慢慢地在台灣發酵，創始人有感於臺灣是已開發國家
但人民普遍對於健康吃，吃健康的概念不足
希望透過這個名字慢慢地傳達低升糖指數的飲食習慣
以及輔助的保健食品。

「About Glycemic」

Glycemic is inspired by the Glycemic Index (GI) — a measure of how food affects blood sugar levels.The name reflects our focus on mindful, balanced nutrition.

After the pandemic in 2020, health awareness began to shift in Taiwan.
Our founder noticed that even in a developed country, many people still lack a clear understanding of how to eat well, and eat for long-term health.

Through Glycemic we hope to introduce the concept of low-GI eating, and support it with thoughtfully designed supplements.
Simple habits, steady energy, better living.
